Fiber and maker craft calculators

Counted thread, quilt layout, yarn, knitting gauge, epoxy, and candle wax. Each tool shows the cut or the pour before you buy the materials.

These are shop tools, not craft trivia. A cross stitch calculator turns a stitch count and fabric count into the cloth you actually cut, including the margin. Quilt tools turn a finished top into backing yardage and binding strips. Resin and candle tools turn a mold or a jar into a batch you can weigh.

Yardage is rounded up to the next eighth of a yard, the way a quilt shop cuts. Resin is converted with the exact US gallon identity, 128 fluid ounces per 231 cubic inches. Candle batches use a specific-gravity factor you can override when your wax supplier prints a better one.
